Really interesting article, but true to every word. I feel the same with my city Chicago. There are times when i look back and see blurry photo up to the point when they are boring to look back. Actually i started with my friends on Facebook a 52 week photo challenge, and when i see other peoples pictures i do feel challenged.

Great tips @Christina-NYC I'd also suggest looking for other vantage points, I was shooting Brooklyn Bridge just like you and the sunset wasn't awesome so I climbed up to the footpath of the Manhattan Bridge right next door and achieved this shot which I love.
