Feeling of sun - How do you capture your sunset?

I am a strong believer of not taking photos of JUST a sunset . A sunset is beautiful , it needs to be experienced in real , and dos not need us Photographers to make it look more spectacular than it is.... So I use sunsets to ENHANCE a photo.  A Kite Surfer becomes someone surfing on golden water 

So try and use a spectacular sunset to help your main subject go from ordinary , to wow ....

beautiful to see you here. Well, experiencing a big orange ball in person is not difficult. You just need a few ingredients:

• A foggy afternoon
• 200 mm lens on your camera

The fog is filtering the light of the sun, protecting your eyes and the camera sensor, and making the orange effect.

I love your photos of Reno, it seems that you can touch the clouds

Have you tried to capture just the feeling, without putting the sun on the photo? You should try, is very interesting

Have you tried to capture only the effect of the sun, putting a different subject in front of your camera?
