All new reviews not showing publicly

All my 109 reviews were not showing publicly, just my photos. I checked by going into 'incognito mode' and they didn't appear publicly, as well as asking friends to look at my public profile and it showed up as "no reviews yet".

However every photo I have published seems to be published just fine. 

This was solved a while back after posting about it here. I left it a few weeks then attempted to post more reviews. When I review anything else however it never gets published like before. Only the 109 reviews that got finally published before show up. Again the strange issue of any new photo being published just fine is happening again.

This is not an issue of particular reviews being suddenly flagged but every review I publish being unpublished and every photo being published fine.

Once again I have not broken any rules or terms of service and its a bit ridiculous if google says that all my new reviews (about 50) break the rules, which they clearly don't. 

Can anyone help with this?

This is not a problem on Local Guides Connect, but on Google Maps. Its also not happening to any of my friends and is a problem thats been plaguing me for over 6 months.

When signed in I can see all my reviews, however publicly or when signed out I can only see about half. 

Any reviews made after the first solution is not showing. 

Only 106 of my first reviews, not the rest of my near 200 reviews.
