one guy has clicked my picture without asking me and uploaded in the contribution list how to send him the message to delete my picture

Select the POI in which photo is publised, select your photo, in PHOTO section. On Top Right click on Flag and select appropriate reason and Report it . And you may share that information here to Google Moderator.

Open the photo on Gmaps and press the flag button and report the same.
