Hi to all
When you update your counter on the website by using the phone, it shows at the end an image that informs you about the number of posts/reviews … that seem to be hidden. Where does this image come from ? It also mentions ‘a Pro T1000 system’… Is this actually a promotion for the system that the website uses ? Any idea ?
Hello @Kurt2day
That’s an example of one of the Pro features recently released for beta testing on the Leaderboard System and you can read about these pro features and how to get access to them in the Startup Guide listed on the General item of the System’s main menu. While the hidden media/reviews reporting feature is in beta, everyone has been given access to it. You can also learn more about how the System can help you with managing hidden media and reviews, and other enhanced features in this post. For example, see:
Thanks for the reply.
You’re welcome @Kurt2day. Read some of those articles I mentioned and you might get a heads up on how you can resolve the hidden contributions that you have. The post by @IzzyOz is interesting…
Thanks for resurfacing these old threads @AdamGT. Can you recheck the links? Mine is not directing correctly.
Also, thanks for the new pop ups in the Data Entry flow. Very good that @Kurt2day raised the question publicly for everyone’s benefit.
@tony_b You’re welcome.
My POV : Choose your battles. I’m not gonna spend/waste time on reviews or photos/videos that the algo decided not to publish because it ‘violated’ some kind of rule. Google uses many layers of algos and there can be bugs on my account, bugs on the profile’s (or POI’s) account, regional bugs, general bugs… For photos, one can check with Google’s Vision’s AI to find out how the algo interprets the image and if you really have the time, try to change something. I just move on. Other things in life are more important.
. Enjoy the (sunny) day ![]()
Thanks @tony_b for your usual deep checking ![]()
Are you getting a lot of hidden items? My numbers are usually small like 8 photos and 4 reviews. I don’t put a lot of effort into finding them, as they’re so few. I can understand you being upset if yours are dozens or hundreds, but as you can see from these threads @AdamGT has listed, some LGs have found various ways to fix the issues. There’s no obligation, I’m sure.
I’m not upset at all. I really don’t care. thanks for your concern
