Hi @Mickey825 , dams are always my favourite because i belongs to a technical background of Mechanical Engineering.
I have some questions for you
- Which type of dam it is actually?
- Power generation by this dam ?
- On which river the dam is constructed ?
- Who constructed Victoria dam ?
- Is there any dam safety team near by the Victoria dam?

@Mickey825 thnx to share .Victoria Dam is an arch dam located 130 mi upstream of the Mahaweli River’s mouth and 4 mi from Teldeniya. Main uses are irrigation and hydroelectric power production. It is the tallest dam in Sri Lanka, and supports a 210 MW power station, the largest hydroelectric power station in the country
