The most interesting thing I've done as a local guide: Exploring!

I wanted to travel to countries I have never been to.

I was waiting around for my best friends to come along, asking them to travel with me, but they had no interest.
So I said, enough is enough and I opened the browser, booked a flight and then panicked!

Where am I going to go, how do I know it is safe, my time is limited, I don’t want to miss a thing!

But then I discovered the local guides community and the beautiful lists of places and activities.

I packed my bags and left, as soon as I arrived, I got in touch with a local guide and it went from there! I felt like they were family as Local guides connected us, gave us a common ground of belonging.

I was able to enjoy the food, culture, sights and family as if I lived in that country! It was just amazing.

From there on, I was hooked!

I kept travelling on my own and meeting with local guides to enjoy their local life.

I highly suggest you do the same, open a country on google maps, pick a list of things created by your local guides, book a flight and GO!

go explore!
