Have you tried updating your Google Maps app to the latest version? When did you first notice that your points aren’t updating?

Multiply each activity by corresponding allocated points and you will always get an exact figure matching with the one displayed on your badge.
Also, even if some reviews or photos become private, we continue to get a credit of points until that is removed by the algorithm.
Possibly, you are referring to the lag in a credit of points. That is inevitable as the different servers need some time to synthesize. It can extend even up to a week sometimes.
Nevertheless, I find an immediate opportunity for you to improve the score by editing the reviews to make those more detailed and surpass the limit of 200 characters.

The figures on the main badge and individual activity badge (photographer etc.) differ for the following reasons.
Most of the activities reflect quickly on the sub badges. However, it takes some time to synchronize that with the main badge. That can even take up to a week.
Another major reason is some of your contributions becoming private because of non-adherence to the stipulated policies.
Thus, even though you have reviewed 532 places, only 437 are visible to the public.
That’s a huge variance and needs your immediate attention to rectify and remove the objectionable content. That’s necessary to avoid any likelihood of a moratorium.

as of today I am missing a lot of my contributions … they appear on the business page but not in my profile … some of those photos were having my highest views.
