During our Spotlight Week, #TeamIndia took you on a journey through India and shared fifteen interesting posts on the country and the Indian LG community All of this was made possible thanks to the enthusiasm and team work of LGs residing in 32 different cities of India.

To begin with we had two virtual meet ups where we discussed and finalized the plans for the whole week. Then we had an introductory post about the Spotlight week

Indian Community Spotlight 2025

The Spotlight week started from 24th November. On Day-1 we introduced the #TeamIndia and the topics they are going to cover in their posts.

On Day-2 we had three posts highlighting the country’s diversity
India- country of destinations
India - A Country of Museums
Chikankari and Silver Chapal – Global Symbols of Indian Craftsmanship

On Day-3 we had three posts on a variety of interesting topics
India’s diverse food palate- A Journey through flavours
Indian LG Community- Meetups and Celebrations
The most secular street of the world.

On Day-4 we had three posts that covered some unique aspects of India
Unity in diversity- Exploring the Festivals of India
Cities of Stories and Inclusions.
Indian LG community- A Story of Collaboration and Contributions

On Day-5 we had equally interesting posts on India
Nature’s Paradise - The Wildlife of India - Zoos and Nature Parks
Celebrating Sikkim- The Second smallest Indian state
India’s City of Monuments- Delhi

On Day-6, we covered some more unique aspects of India
Colours, Culture and Costumes - The Fashion of Incredible India
In the Hybrid meet up of the day we had a glorious tour of Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple - India’s Richest Temple and historic Chalai Street Market that surrounds it.

On Day-7 we had the Concluding celebratory meet up where we had great fun playing an interesting quiz on India, sharing our feedback on the week and experiences. Winners were declared for various categories

Thanks to everyone who participated and enjoyed this wonderful week with us. We value the connections we made during this journey.

Thank you @AdrianLunsong for organizing this initiative. Thanks to this spotlight series #TeamIndia has become more tight knit family and we made many new connections and friends.

Come to India with a long holiday spend atleast 101 days in India it’s huge country you need atleast 5 days to visit a place… Waiting to see you in India..
