Sorry about your issue about claiming the rewards. It can be rectified don’t worry,just be patient please.

There is a **Thread here **you can reach into. There are lots of other local gudies with issues like yours so feel free to post in there. Congratulations anyways hopefully you’ll get this sorted out soon.

Lots of local guides have gotten their rewards and I believe you’ll get yours as well don’t worry.

This mail was received by many Indian LGs, including me on 14th Mar. 2023.

I redeemed it on 15th Mar 2023, around 10 am; many others redeemed it on the 14th & they got the “Order Confirmation Mail” between the 14th & 16th.

Unfortunately, there are many LGs, along with me who have not received the “Order Confirmation Mail” till today, the 17th Mar 2023, 7 pm, IST.

Kindly guide us as to what next is to be done, please.

I hope it gets worked out. But a Google representative already told me nothing can be done as those rewards are given out automatically. She made it pretty clear they were unable to help. The only resolution she could offer was for me to post about it on this board. I really don’t know how that will accomplish anything as it says right on here that Google employees do not engage on this board.

Just for your update, I am adding the following information:

  1. Upon using the option given in the solution, immediately I got an onscreen reply saying as follows:

Though I waited for almost a week, no mail was received.

But to my surprise:


I received the gift (on 1st April) sent from Niederaula, Germany with the cover labelled DHL, but delivered by Indian Postal Service promptly.

I thank the team who took the initiative & sent us the gift - I hope to see such motivational swags even in a larger community.

What is the location of your delivery, I am yet to receive my guide and had similar issue like you.

I received the gift at my Bangalore city (BTM ii Stage) Address.

I am sure you will receive it in a day or two.

@TravellerG Great that you received the package! Just curious, did you ever actually redeem the award? What was the reason you filled in the form? The fact that you recevied the package means you were able to succesfully redeem the reward and filled in with your shipping info. Was this not the case?

If you filled out the information and were able to hit the submit button, I would assume you will get the reward. Unfortunately I was not able to complete the form before it glitched out and disappeared, never to be found again.

I’m facing the same issue, is any one got the solution… ??? Is google team working on this issue. @iyudhi

I am from delhi and same thing happened with me , but still not yet received it.

I chatted and emailed Google. The only response they could give was a referral to this board. So in answer to your question…No, Google is not working to fix this problem. Sadly, some of us are just out of luck. Google has made it clear to me there is nothing they can do.

The same issue, tried everything include incognito, FAQs, etc but in vain. Please help
