I just got an email from Google maps to redeem my pin but i am unable to redeem. I have attached the screenshot below. Please someone help me!!

Hi, also I am not able to redeem the code, and when I upload the code in FAQs to check whether the code is working or not then the below error shows. They give a code and the redemption options don’t work. Please help with the rewards.

@Abhi_vishu99 @nikhilpatel_np This has happened in the past. I’ll see if I can get the issue escalated, but in the mean time, can you let me know which country you’re both located?

If you haven’t, try redeeming the reward from a different browser. If you’ve done it in Chrome, try to do it in Edge or Firefox. If you tried from mobile, try from computer and vice versa.

Hi @iyudhi i have tried from edge its still not working. I am located in India.

I have the same issue. I tried it on edge as well as incognito on both desktop as well as mobile app. I hope this gets fixed. I am also from India. From the looks of it many guides here are getting affected. I actually managed to get to the address page, but I immediately got redirected to the same sorry, it appears there is an issue with your code dialogue box.

Edit: somehow I got an order confirmed mail today.

@SanjayBDLG Perks are distributed from time to time, and there’s no clear pattern to it. If you’re eligible for the perk, you’ll get an email informing about the perk.

I personally am not getting it this time, so I can’t really tell what the email looks like. Perhaps someone else that got the perk can let us know (please don’t post your redemption code).

Same problem when redeeming code.

The site says there is an issue with email & code.

When I fill all the necessary data about me it says ‘errorinvalidsubmiton’ .

If you find any solution then tell me please.

Hello,

I have just redeemed my code.

I am sharing the full steps which I follow & redeemed.

1st- Copy your code from email.

2nd- Click on reedem button in email

3rd- On the next page, Cut the whole code automatically given by google.

4th- Paste the code you have copied & proceed

Select Your pin

5th- Fill data form & Click on Place order

6th- You will definitely completed the order.

This is my placed order may it be yours also
