I cordially invite you all to the India Local Guides Mega Meetup happening in Delhi. Delhi is famous for its vibrant culture, greenery, lip smacking fast food, with popular landmarks like Lodhi Garden, Feroz Shah Kotla fort, KNMA and NIV and many more, which attract people from across the globe.

The Agenda of the meet-up is :
Meet and greet our fellow LG friends in person
Explore NIV Art center and connect with fellow local guides.
Assess the Accessibility of this places.
Capture the beauty of all the beautiful art exhibit and open air space on top floor which has a amphitheatre through your cameras.

Taste some Local food in Local restaurants/ Small Businesses.

Conduct a session covering Google Maps, LG Connect and Accessibility ()

Play fun quizzes around interesting topics

Gifts for LG’s : Stickers, keychains, tote bags, handmade gifts, Certificate of participation and to winners of quizzes from Delhi LG’s, and token of appreciation from NIV Art Center

Facilities are given in venue: Lift, Washroom accessibility, art gallery walk, check out the other parts of the library with me, Aruna or Mattew (Interaction with owners)

BYOB: Bring as many books as you want to donate for the NIV library and can also do donations for NIV foundation - NGO for small kids(entirely your wish).

Venue check out - 4 pm IST on Sunday 29th June’2025.

Event Timings : 11 am to 4 pm

Activities : Games - ball games, deck games, quizzes, few more Google maps related Q&A and one winner in each game will win some more goodies.

Stay and accomodation - will be done by the LG’s

Day & Date: Sunday, June 29 (2025)Time: 11 am to 4:00 pm

Mode: In-person & Virtual (Hybrid)

Google Location: NIV Art Center, New Delhi

Virtual Meet: Time: 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Virtual meet link: will be shared 12 hours before the meetup in comments
