can you better explain? We cannot add photos on coordinates, but just on Business listing.

As I already said you can only add photos to POI, and respecting the Maps User Contributed Content Policy…as indicated here https://support.google.com/maps/answer/2622947
An option is to create a personal Maps, using Mymaps, and sharing it. @DavidTito wrote a full set of lessons about this subject:

As @ErmesT already suggested in the Add, remove, or share photos and videos article you may find the steps you should follow to add a photo on Google Maps.
