How to make instant "jahe merah"

It’s necessary thing before we go to sleep. For better sleep sometimes we need to take some relaxe cup. Hu’um, indeed you need to take a cup of instant red ginger.

A. How to make instant red ginger

Ingredients:

500 gr of red ginger

500 ml of Sereh water

200 gr of sugar

Take this way to make homemade instants red ginger.

  1. Peel of the ginger skin

  2. Then puree it with blender

  3. Next, wring it out with 500 ml of Sereh water.

  4. After that, settle it.

  5. after 2 hours separate the red ginger sediment from the water. then boil until boiling

  6. add sugar then, stirring constantly until evenly distributed. 7. then, it becomes like cotton candy. then stir quickly.

  7. It already to serve it.
