As you are fairly new to the Connect community you may not be aware about tagging, so please let me explain. When you leave a message or reply to someone it’s a good idea that you properly tag them so that they will get a notification of your message otherwise they may not ever know about or see your message. To do this, first type @ then type the first few characters of their name until you see their name in the dropdown list. Finally, select the person’s name. You will see that I tagged you at the start of this message to you. Many think that this is done automatically when you reply to someone but it is not.

Recebi um e-mail dizendo que tinha um novo benefício para resgatar. Mas quando cliquei no botão resgatar e copiei e colei o código, o seguinte erro apareceu: “Parece que há um problema com seu código. Recomendamos copiar e colar o código de resgate. Se precisar de ajuda com o pedido, consulte a página de Perguntas frequentes.”
Coloquei o código certinho, não sei como resolver e já vai expirar a data logo logo.
I’m having the same issue. Have been trying for a few days to redeem reward (Local Guides pin). The page linked from the email was prefilled with the code, but clicking the Redeem button gives the same error. I tried some of the solutions I found from searching - deleted the last few chars and re-entered them (gave a tick to indicate it was valid, but same error when I pressed Redeem), tried entering details into the faq page (under ‘Why doesn’t my redemption code work?’ - told me the details weren’t valid).

I received an email from the local guide with a perks code to redeem but was unable to redeem it tried the FAQ section on the website but still it shows the same error message. I am sure I copied the correct code. Can anyone please help?
