Lovely spacious restaurant with an open kitchen. They have both ground and upper level seating. Nice ambience and interiors. Color combination is vibrant.
Capsicum chilli garlic button idli
Tomato button idli
Menu is nice with a Variety of button idlis in different flavours. We tried the capsicum pepper garlic idli. This was tssty. Tomato button idli was nice. Then we tried the akki roti with ghee served with kurma. Was quite tasty. Chutneys are tasty. Sambhar is good too. Onion tomato chilli uttapam was tasty and scrumptious.
Thatte Idli - Thatte idli is a popular, plate-shaped variant of the traditional South Indian steamed rice cake, originating from Karnataka. The name comes from the Kannada word “thatte,” which means “plate”. Compared to regular idlis, they are larger, flatter, and thicker, with a distinctively soft, spongy, and melt-in-the-mouth texture.
Akki roti with chutneys - Akki roti is a savory, gluten-free flatbread from Karnataka, India. The name comes from the Kannada words akki(rice) and rotti (flatbread). It is made from rice flour mixed with grated vegetables, fresh herbs, and spices, and is cooked on a griddle until it is golden-brown and crispy.
Prices for food items are also decent. Service is nice. Weekends are heavy so reach around 7.30 pm for dinner.
The cafe closes at 12 midnight. This goes to @mahatokoushik623 for his Night Star challenge.
