From November 24th to 30th, Week is viewed as Better Conversation Week. This is the best day for those who are doing or going to have conversations in Connect. I somewhat know most National, International and World days. But Today can be known as “Conversation in Connect” Day/Week. That’s the purpose of the Connect right; We talk, We solve, We share and We connect.
Connect helped me to know better. For example : when I post “Celebrate… with me”, I research it and gain some valuable information to share with you guys. At the end of the day, I get to know something and you get to know something and that’s what a conversation does.
Do you guys know that we can eliminate 30% of errors in our daily lives by having better conversations? (as from studies)
Better conversation week can significantly help Local Guides Connect Community in several ways:
Improved Communication
Enchaned Collaboration - By promoting active contributors and responsible conversation, New connect is working effectively.
Clearer feedbacks - Better Conversation facilitate constructive feedback which in turn guides users to refine their contributions. For example: how @MortenCopenhagen helps in resolves and taking in feedbacks from Local Guides.
Knowledge Sharing
More Effective Knowledge Transfer - Clear communication facilitates the sharing of expertise, best practices and insights.
Increased Collaboration on projects - Better onversation enables Local Guides to work together more effectively on a project which leads to better outcomes. For example: How @AjitThite leads other local guides to support small local businesses.
Increased Community Engagement
More inclusive discussions - Fostering open-mindedness and encourage diverse perceptives which leads to richer community engagements and interactions.
Depper Connections - Meaningful conversations help build stronger relationship among local guides community.
To all Local Guides, have a good conversation with your friends and families. It’s a good day to start a conversation today in connect afterall.
You can become a knowledgeable writer on Connect by concentrating on the @TusharSuradkar Dada conversation. You become an excellent community builder if you concentrate on the TG @TravellerG conversation. You can develop into a good motivating friend by concentrating on @AjitThite Dada’s conversation. To become a proud member of the Legend Roaders team, you must concentrate on TRAC captian @SholaIB & team. You can rank among the top contributors on GMap if you concentrate on the @AdamGT T100 team discussion. Focusing on @AZ_2021 posts will make you an exploratory writer on Connect. a few of my personal experiences here. You have choices.
Thanks @Rahul001
Completely agree with @ShreyaMusings
Let’s make Connect our primary platform for conversations and not private chat groups.
Let’s keep writing and having meaningful conversations that provide joy and knowledge for everyone involved.

Happy to note about the celebration of this week. For me I had great experiences with many wonderful Local Guides here in indulging with great conversations. To name a few @AdrianLunsong gave writing challenges which motivated me in writing good posts. @ErmesT appreciated about the originality of my posts and to contribute more. @DeniGu responses made me proud and her feedbacks felt me recognised. @PaulPavlinovich helped with how to have a good post and tagging, he gave a wider perspective about photography. @TravellerG made a path to me to have conversations with Indian Local Guides Community and Local Guides World, he conducted many knowledge sharing meetups. I still remember him insisting on cleaning the lens for clear pictures. @AdamGT lead the conversation with his wonderful LeaderBoards, thereby motivated contributions to Maps, @MortenCopenhagen guided in storefront photography. He’s the only International Local Guide I have met in person.
In Indian Local Guides @NareshDarji, @RtnArulPrakasamT and @AmbrishVarshney were the forerunners. @Anil6969 , @AjitThite@Tejal and @Shrut19 are my teams.
Thank you Rahul for making me walk the memory lane. Still to go…
