Behind the scenes of the Eiffel Tower

Usually Paris is described as a place of love and fashion streets. Every photographer has a pictures of croissants and coffee, Eiffel Tower and people that kiss each on the hill of Monmartre. But not a lot of them make some realistic pictures, taken not for likes and promotions - but for being honest and to show the other side of the Paris.

I personally love this city will all this issues. I want photographers to realize that Paris is not only the Eiffel Tower - there is some people around it. These people are not from a movie or professional photoshotings - they are Real.

Honest.

Unique.

Hello @dominiquemoselle ,

Welcome to Connect!

Thank you for this nice and honest post, I really enjoyed reading it. I had the chance to visit Paris twice, more than ten years ago, and the city is simply amazing, as we say Paris c’est Paris !

I completely agree with you when it comes to the fact that everyone is taking pinky, lovely photos of the city and neglecting some other facts, but I think that as tourists most of us do the same. Personally, I don’t think that we are doing it on purpose, it’s more a matter of keeping only the beautiful side, at least on the photos.

Furthermore, everyone is struggling in it’s own way, being in Paris or wherever in the world, life is difficult, but beautiful at the same time.
