Beautiful memories of OTAMIRI river

It’s two weeks after my exams and here in my home I can’t but remember the beautiful memories of the OTAMIRI river.

This river is located at the Federal university of technology owerri.

I always go there when I’m saddened and after seeing the beatiful landscape ,l feel relieved.

The river bank is mostly used by students for cool photoshoot,small hangouts and get togethers.

There is a bridge across the river that makes it possible for students to cross over to the front gate of the school.

So guys,feel free to visit OTAMIRI river anytime you are in Imo state,Nigeria.

There is a funny myth that says that standing too long on the bridge and staring at the water ,the spirits that own the water will drag you to their kingdom for nice treats.

@Julietezego The first thing I did at FUTO was to host a fieldtrip/meet-up at Otamiri. It was beautiful.

I think you need to organize a meet-up ASAP before the holidays end. Maybe a picnic and map editing. I’d love to attend.
