African Suya is a special delicacy eaten with relish in Northern Nigeria. It derives its taste from fresh beef garnished with natural African spices. Its readily available because of the abundance of cow, a good source of beef. Most people eat it outside around a large fireplace after a long day’s work.
It’s a meal you would look forward to eat
