So friends, no one in the Indian continent can forget the bravery and sacrifices made during the freedom struggle of 1857, we respect those who fought for our freedom and stood up against injustice. From a temple in Meerut in 1857, Veer Mangal Pandey ushered in independence on the Indian continent. His courage and determination inspire us to continue striving for a better and more just society. This museum of Meerut is small but it is a hidden diamond of the revolution of 1857. This is a treasure trove of history for those who are knowledgeable about history. Every Indian must visit once.

If you ever visit Delhi, there is a museum for “The 1857 War of Independence” Museum inside the Red Fort too.

Yes, DADA @TusharSuradkar I know, but my “Accessible for All” mapping tour was in Paschimanchal (West Uttar Pradesh). & this museum visit is a part of that. :pray:
