Hi @WaweruM! This is something we are really proud in Rome, because Italy is so huge in food.... you will not find something (although Pizza could work...) that works for all Italians!

Porchetta e coppiette

Porchetta is a kind of slow roasted pork, along with many spices.

And Coppiette is from pork or horses, very hot spicy!
