Mutura pronounced as (Moo-Too-Rah) is a Kenyan traditional sausage that is sometimes also called a blood sausage. It is usually made with meat and blood, flavored with spices and cooked and then stuffed into the intestines, making a sausage.

Here in NYC, I'd say hot dogs are the go-to street food. They're sold out of little carts and are boiled. I haven't taken photos of the carts, but here's a Google Image search result. 🙂

Thanks for this great post. Its cool! I want to eat the mutura but its in a picture. So delicious. I love the Kenyan street culture.
