Hi if i am not a owners of a building but can I add floor plans of that building on Google Maps. Is there any problem?

Hello @bdmafuz,

 

To submit the floorplan you must possess the copyright to that floorplan; as you must then grant Google the right to use that floorplan.  It would be very hard to possess the copyright to the floorplan without being the owner.
