[Recap] 17th ENLG Biratnagar Meet Up

The 17th Meet Up didn't turned out as planned due to some busy schedule of other participant and the Election Environment in Eastern Part of Nepal..

I didn't canceled it but planned to have a walk around the city area and update the Google Maps. So I updated the Map (15+) by adding new places, editing the existing one as well as uploading photos.
