Sunset category on maps

I’m a huge lover of sunset spots, and would love to see an additional category under photos for specific locations that are suitable to view sunsets on top of “latest” and “360” etc. hopefully with machine learning it can automatically sort the relevant sunset photos

We'll need a bit more information to fully understand your idea, and there are a few points I would like more insight on.

Are you suggesting that it should be visible under the "photos" tab in "your contributions" as a new sorting options? 

Are you suggestions a new feature on the map that let's you see the best spots in a city for taking sunset photos?

@MortenCopenhagen, it seems that idea you've linked too is about the ability to add opening hours from dusk til dawn rather than actual hours.

Crystal: Nope, I meant for it to be under a scenic spot's "photos" tab - example Baker Beach "photos" tab only had "all", "latest" etc. If there could be a "sunset" category so that people can add photos of sunsets they took and allowing people who chanced upon this point to know it is a recommended place for sunset would be nice as currently i have to dig through the entire album to see if there are any of such contributions in photos.

Crystal: I understand right now by searching "sunset spots" while in SF map view does turn up listings that mention sunset, thus my suggestion is more of what i mentioned above where it relates to the individual spots once i clicked into them.

Another suggestion would be under "Explore nearby", if Maps can detect that it happens to be late afternoon time frame, perhaps one of the suggested categories under it can be "sunset spots"

I understand @CrystalKoh, thanks for the detailed explanation. So you are actually suggesting to add a "sunset" tab next to the "all", "latest" and "videos" when viewing the photos of a POI.

About your second suggestion to add the "Sunset" tab under "Explore nearby", this should be posted in a separate idea here in Idea Exchange, as each post should only contain a single feature request.
