Places that need attention

An option to mark areas of concerns under different buckets like cleaning, hygiene, roads, pot holes, loose wires which would help track responses and send to the local authorities for a clean up or urgent measures required.

Various issues have various portals but having that option integrated with Google would help the exact area to be marked and probably upload pics of the issue for better understanding.
