After writing thousands of reviews, I now get an email every time I post a review saying:

Your review wasn't posted beacuse: 

Unfortunately, it isn’t posted because:

Google's moderation systems and processes identified content that may be fake engagement. It's possible that your contribution also violated other policies.

My reivews are not defamitary or negetive or paid - I dont know why this is happening - and there is no place I can fidn to ask Google, any odeas?

I have jsut travelled to Paris where this started happening.

Google Maps is running a test for notifying Local Guides when review guidelines violations are found. This test seems to be limited to reviews posted in France. 

Your profile is set to restricted. If you want help to spot what could be the cause, you need to change your privacy setting as explained here temporarily. Please note, that you need to use an app since this can not be don't from a Desktop.

Hi @mattclarke 

Thanks for making your profile unrestricted. 

It would be beneficial if you would use the tagging tool when replying to someone here on Connect. Type @ followed by the username. Type slowly. Then we get an e-mail notification and you are more likely to get a prompt reply.

I can confirm from your public profile that you have added 1779 reviews and only 1696 of them are public.

Google has automatic filters that hide your reviews so only you can see them. This can happen when some of your reviews violate the guidelines, including:
Prohibited and Restricted Content
Format Specific Criteria (See under Text Reviews and Captions)

Looking at your public reviews I noticed that you don't describe your experience. You only share some very general statements. Maybe adding such info will make your reviews more interesting and credible and helpful. I like how you always add photos. 

Please use the form called Account investigation for contributions not visible on Google Maps if you believe that your contributions have been wrongfully unpublished.

Thank you for your help, Ihave found out that it was for all reviews in France for some technical reason, maps has replied to me that all is ok now.
