First of all if you wish to ask a question to a particular person then use '@' to tag that specific person and he/she will respond to you.

Are you talking about sending t-shirt gift to other local guides at your own cost ? Or is it how Google is choosing person to  send t-shirt gifts to local guides?

Recently Google had provided t-shirt to Google supported unofficial Google+ community group owners.

If you want to send t-shirt gifts to other guides then you can choose them at your wish.
