Oh my gosh hello Jeslyn! I don't think you had formally introduced yourself, ahh it's so good to finally see a face to an amazing person as yourself! I truly adore your #catfie, which made me result in this month's photo! Here are this month's answers, which will very much contrast to last month's simply because the circumstances are very different.

- What do I love about being a Local Guide: That I'm able to contribute my local knowledge and expertise to a wider, global community, and also activate the digital presence of small businesses. During the last few weeks I started to disclose that I was a Google Local Guide and advised to many different owners (especially of takeaway stores) that I had either added their business into Google Maps, posted some high quality photos from my Pixel [ding!], added/corrected missing information and contributed real reviews and answers to further their business, all to both our fanfare and happiness.
- I love to share: All the delicious, scrumptious food that I've eaten over time, and also all the dazzling architecture and designs of each of the restaurants I have dined in. Have you ever stopped to wonder how all these different Chinese restaurants come up with the design for their layout, the palette and the intricate design of their menus? Or even the specialised price board designs at differing takeaway stores. I also love sharing tips and tricks of the trade, especially with photography and photo maximisation.
- How did I hear about Local Guides: Migrating from the world of iOS and Apple to the love of Google's new Pixel Phone (I'm excited for the second iteration to be announced!), one simple notification eventually led me to contributing to Google Maps alongside uploading photos of points of interest in Ingress, to limited degree. Eventually after AlexB's Google meet-up in April 2017, I became hooked.
- Fun Fact About Me: At the end of July, I moved out of my family home. Only to move back in mid-August because my siblings got a husky! Funny story here, on the Thursday prior to getting the husky, my mom made a joke to my siblings along the lines of: "No, we can't get another dog, if we're gonna get another dog it's going to be a husky!" Numerous phone calls and a meetup from Gumtree right after three days later on Sunday we got Kloud the white Siberian Husky! After hearing the news on our family's platform, two days later I moved back home and fell in love with the husky (who to this day, continues to scratch me and bite my limbs off, all in the name of love.
Also fun fact #2 I quit my job. Yay!
