How to find the leaderboards

@AdamGT has posted a series of leaderboards to create excitement, competition, and fun. I have often needed to search all of Connect to find the posts. Since new posts are added almost monthly, and since the posts are named very similarly, I thought it would be nice to have a continuously updated Index of leaderboards. One post to bookmark with links to the most recent leaderboards. So here we go:

Study How to read and join the Leaderboards. 

Ideally, you should update your data before the end of each month. Returning participants can update their data here.
