Hey you dont need any standards in creating the video for the summit neither does the video need any spacial effect. Just be yourself i.e introduce yourself where you come from, tell the reason why you joined the community, your best area when contributing; is it reviews, making edits, answering queries, adding new places or adding photos? Don't forget to also say the reason why you wanna attend the LGSummit2017...The bottom line is to be yourself.

Thank you everyone for providing useful tips and instructions.
Meanwhile I was wondering...what software are you using for editing video? Some said Adobe Premiere but it's not free and takes a while to learn.
What sofrware are you using?

@SohanS The most important thing to create the video for the Summit is to have fun. Be yourself and maybe talk about your enthusiasm regarding the Local Guides program. No special editing or special effects needed. Something simple will be okay, as the team just want to see how you are as a Local Guide 🙂

@NickMapWalker It really depends. I found that a lot of mobile editing apps are more than enough these days. YouTube also have an internal tool to edit video, and last time I tried it, it's quite powerful. I say don't go too crazy with the video editing tool. Just look around and see what you have, and use that. Try to focus more on the content 🙂
