Maybe sometimes you should want to link a SINGLE post from a thread and, unless i didn't noticed, there is no direct way to do.
Let's say, you want to create a link to the second post of this topic: https://www.localguidesconnect.com/t5/Street-View-trusted/Paste-the-panorama-into-the-forum/m-p/2011...
I've tried this workaround.
Click on the post menu:
Then choose "Email to a friend":
And send it to yourself:
Then, you will be able to share the single post link you will receive in your email.

SolutionHi @LucioV, you can also use the "Highlight" function (from the same menu):
See what that "bookmark" at the end of the URL is: #M1064 - that makes it sure the page "jumps" to that particular post with a "name" tag added to it:
<a name="M1064"> </a>
("id" should be used for the whole <div> element instead - the "name" tag is deprecated)
You can also simply attach it to the end of the topic URL:

Sure! That's another nice workaround!!!!! A little more for coders, but works fine!
Thanks

Well, the highlight itself works, too (I just do not like too long URL's - especially if more URL's link to the same content). The second part of my post was only an additional method.

Ahahah so my whole method it's not worth the time at all! 🙂
Didn't noticed the "highligh" actually perform a "focus on" a specific post then you can copy and past from address bar!
Thanks!

I have had this problem as I only have a phone, not a computer and in Mobile you cannot see the URL. I found a way around this by copying the single "post", usually a photo to my clipboard. When I open my clipboard, there is the URL link to the post. Copy from clipboard to wherever you want and send it. I did this in this question on edits, pending.
