Flood levels are rising and no electricity

The flood levels are rising and the electricity supply has been disconnected. According to the Department of Metrology, Sri Lanka is going to experience high rainfalls in next two days. Already skies are dark. I may be not able to come online that often.

Is there any temporary relocation happening to the people in the flood effected area to some safe place.
