I'm travelling overseas at the moment @Ivi_Ge and just dropped in for a quick visit and saw your wonderful challenge. Thank you for this opportunity and even though I'm travelling, I will try to participate and give my support to some women-owned business.

Re: Challenge: Review a women-owned business on Google Maps

I'll try to participate, but the main issue I have is that I can't tell for sure the women working in a business are the owner of it.  I'll edit this post if I can be sure of a business being owned by a woman and share the review of it.

My first contribution to this challenge:

This lady is helping me for more than 10 years.

On google maps it's not indicated this business is owned by a woman. Can I indicate this as a local guide or is it up to the person who owns this business to do this? In the last case, this will be difficult as the lady is not so handy with computers etc.

The second contribution is not a business, but it's an organisation that wants to empower women by organising things to do in their spare times, inform and help them by providing courses, ... Perhaps it's not a good candidate for participation in this challenge, but by becoming a member of this organisation I found many friends, could do some interesting activities, ... I could build up my own network.
