In this series of posts I will introduce popular Indian Food Trucks in San Francisco Bay Area. Specially in south bay there is concentration of Indian food trucks, which serve Indian popular street food.

First food truck of this Series is "Pav Bhaji Hut'. Pav bhaji is a very popular street food in India.
Here is the picture of food Truck Trailer, where they make and serve Pavbhaji's. Place gets busy, in fact when they started their business couple of years back, there used be one hour wait to get your order.
Since California is opened up from Jun 15th, business is slowly getting back to normal. You still see folks wearing masks in public areas.
Here is a shot of Spicy Pavbhaji. This is really delicious, this is definitely on par with street food we get back in india. It's a simple dish, served with Pav (bread), Bhaji (vegetable) with slice of butter, some raw onions and lemon slice.
This is shot inside the truck, they use this griddle to cook pav bhaji.

Glad to know that Mumbai's famous Pavbhaji is available in San Francisco as well. Looks very tasty from the look @jayasimha78 .

Looks really great. Since Covid arrived I have seen an influx of these wonderful food Trailers all over the country. From Coffee Trailers to Waffle Ones, to Traditional Fish & Chips to Donuts. They are great.
