Around a month ago our Business listing was suspended due to accidental duplication. Google then investigated the listing without thoroughly reading my email and de-listed our maps. We eventually got our map listing back after presenting the requested evidence but our reviews have not yet returned. It has been 15 days and I was promised it would take up to 14 days. I have reached out to the same person who has clearly ignored our previous conversation, saying our reviews may be 'violating terms' or 'spam' when they were fine before. He also said that the customer may have removed their review themselves... There were over 100 reviews so I highly doubt this is the case.
