December 08, 2019 @ 16:30 (+08)

Malaysia Local Guides will be meeting up in Kuala Lumpur City Center to update accessibility around the KLCC area with capturing photos, updating Maps, and sharing knowledge and experiences on accessibility. This is organized in line with International Day of Persons with Disabilities as well as the Local Guides Worldwide Accessibility Walk 2019. We chose this location because this is one of the main tourist attractions in the country.

Date: 8 Dec 2019, Sunday

Time: 4.30pm

Place to meet: KLCC entrance (where the F1 cars are at the Philharmonic orchestra hall)

Location on Maps: https://goo.gl/maps/A3rU5bABVKQpi8rP6

Agenda:

1. Taking photos and updating Maps of all entrances of KLCC, including lifts, escalators, doors and updating Maps for accessibility.

2. Short excursion to KLCC metro LRT station to take photos there and updating Maps for accessibility.

3. Short excursion to the GoKL Greenline bus to take photos along the way and updating Maps for accessibility.

4. Sitting down after for a cup of tea for recap and summary

Notes:

1. Wear comfortable clothes and walking shoes

2. Bring a powerbank to ensure your capture/mobile device has enough power

3. Self expenses, although it will be minimal.
