How to add a Missing road segment in Google Maps in Bangladesh?

In our rural (Bangladesh, Chittagong) area, there are lots of road and road segment to add; but this feature is not enabled for our area. Google Map Maker also closed.

Now, let me know how to add a Missing road segment in Google Maps in Bangladesh?

yes you are right map maker is closed 

To report a missing road on Android

• Make sure you have the latest version of the Google Maps app
• Go to the location where the missing road should appear
• Open the Menu and tap Send Feedback
• Select Report a Missing Road
• Tap the location of the missing road
• Add the name of the road and any additional information

I know the way, but the maps says, We cannot fix map issues in this region yet.,,,
