@LucioV, @JeslynL, @YK1001, @TraciC I have also faced this problem but now there is no any problem like this. I am using chrome, Mozilla Fire Fox.

Thank you very much!  It is working for me now.

I remember reading our Google Moderator teaching us how to do effective reporting for this type of issue, I am just following the hints given to us.
