Contact With Google Local guide by phone call

Add voice conversations option for  Google local guide and public.

As for now only text answers were given for asked Questions by public, some may can't understand properly  so by doing phone call to nearby Local guide can solve there doubts clearly. For security purpose call should be connected only throw Google maps or any specific App.

However, please be noted that Local Guides may use private message, for further purpose of communication that can be private. As it is  regarding Connect, the post has been relabeled to that category.

I think there are other applications for this. with this format. For Google experts, this is not suitable. I am totally against video call features.
