Predivne fotografije @ChanneLing

Tko bi rekao da Lego može tako vjerno prikazati Božić.

Very spirited display and opportunity by LEGO for the holidays - is this the first time they’ve done this? I’m always reminded of how the LEGO appeal stretches beyond kids when I find myself enjoying their products or experiences  . Did they have any sort of opportunity for people to create their own LEGO creations @ChanneLing ?

Hi @SP31 ,

Thank you!!!

The city has a theme for Winter Christmasland and it changes every year. If I didn’t remember wrong, it’s the first time that they’re having LEGO. Last year, it was Disney Princesses.

Yesssssss, it’s super fun!

I noticed that they have a LEGO Maison at the Christmasland but didn’t get to visit as the plaza was packed with visitors. I doubt it’d be a free zone for people to play LEGO, maybe a LEGO merchandise shop?

Great post @ChanneLing and wow what a theme for this year!! @PaulPavlinovich would be thrilled to bits to visit, I’m sure!! And just tagging @Velvel too because I remember she visited Legoland in Johor, Malaysia and made a post about it too!!

Ah ok, thanks for sharing the additional details @ChanneLing ! Don’t blame you for being cautious with so many people - and interestingly enough I ask because I’ve seen other permanent LEGO setups where they have little stations to create your own LEGO, but I can totally imagine there being a merchandise shop at the least  .

How awesome!
I would love for there to be a decoration like this in Brazil.
In Rio de Janeiro they held one in a mall, with the Starwars theme and here in São Paulo, also in a mall with the Beatles theme

Thank you for the comment!

Yesssss, I was so excited by the time knowing that the theme of this year is LEGO! Though I’ve never really owned a LEGO toy, the fun of it is universal!

Hi @SP31 ,

Hahahaha yesssss, I’ve seen the mini stations for visitors to play LEGOs before. Now I feel curious too. I may check the Maison next time while having the chance. Will let you know if I find out!

My two girls love Lego’s, so much so that they have a room dedicated for the hobby / passion. They would love to visit this display. It didn’t seem very busy, do you have a time you recommend going to avoid large crowds? Also the images from last year’s post (Xmas in New Taipei City: Throwback 2020 and Get Ready for 2021!) are amazing! Keep up the great posts!
