why I love to review legendary sites: share to heal

I love telling stories and my best sites are places with great stories. Places like the “Mami Water Waterfall” with the legend on a lovely siren who put a healing potion the waterfall.

Or the crater lake at “Mont Mbapit” whose legend says that no one in the world is capable of throwing something inside. Whatever you throw inside will never reach the surface of the water.

Or the “Bamoun kingdom” where lived a ruler with more than 600 wives.

I love sharing such sites and stories because tourists using Google maps miss information on places to visit in Cameroon. Cameroon is a rich country but not well present on the map. I enjoy sharing places that people can enjoy visiting because they will learn and discover what my country can offer to the world.

I also love sharing photos from extraordinary places, from verdure and water, in fact I love sharing the nature, because the world now lacks of pure places, places without smog and noises.

I started sharing on such places when I noticed that many people are sick, some are stressed up by the noises in towns (cars, motorcycles, music everywhere,…) Knowing how nature can heal it, I decided to provide information on cool places around me. Places where people can go without spending a huge amount of money. Time passed and passed and I wanted to give up, because my profile was receiving less visit and likes. But Google keeps encouraging me with mail, and mates on local guides connect keep giving me kudos and I kept on working and I receive much more appreciation…People enjoy my pictures on connect, Facebook, twitter and even on the maps. That makes me proud and encourages me to go forward and share more to heal.

Hi @3xCon ,

Thank you for your post. Keep in mind that language labels are marked when you are using a specific language and helps Local Guides find posts in the language they speak or are interested in. Therefore, I’ve removed the French tag from your post as it’s written in English.

Locations are marked separately and should not be mixed with the language.
