Wat Thammaram is an ancient temple built since the Ayutthaya period as a royal city. Located at Ban Pom Subdistrict Village, Village No. 6, west side of the city Adjacent to the banks of the Chao Phraya River, opposite to the Sri Suriyothai Pagoda, near Wat Kasattrathirat Currently, if viewed from the shore of the island city at the Si Suriyothai Chedi. Will see an ancient cloister built on one side of the river Formerly known as Wat Thama or Wat Thama Later called Wat Thammavat some Wat Ratchthamavat Worawihan But nowadays it is called Thammaram Temple. It does not appear to be built from any reign. But presumably built at least 415 years
