Among the hot desserts Pakistan has : Thal desert and Thar desert.
While in Skardu there is a cold desert.

I have had the privilege to visit Wadi Rum also some years ago and it’s really magic, from all my travels in the world this is my second place I’ve visited, it’s so beautiful, you can’t describe it, MAGIC it is! Thank you for the extraordinary pictures!

You’re so right @KristofVaneeck . It is a hard job to describe Wadi Rum. Also, when I tried to describe Wadi Rum, it seemed like I was repeating cliches. But honestly, they are so true. You can add your photos as well.

Hello @VasT your reply is exact! Try to describe is almost impossible, I have searched a picture but quality is very poor (date 05/2014), I will keep them personal

oh wow @Navid_Ebdaei , Kalut Shahdad Desert looks fantastic. I never believed that I would be so fascinated by the deserts. I hope I will lucky enough to visit Iran.

Yes, actually before going to deserts I had not idea how there are eye-catching and so relaxing.
To me , deserts are very similar to oceans and seas
Your words encouraged me to go to my archive and find some taken photos from 10 years ago of that special desert and share in here.
