The directions to my business are VERY WRONG and they are leading cars down dangerous roads.
I’ve sent several emails to my case, I’ve continued to report wrong directions and yet you are failing our customers and making it very difficult for our business to survive.
Can anyone please assist with correcting these wrong directions ASAP!?
I’ve attached the maps I’ve had to make to ensure that people don’t get lost. What else can I provide to ensure this is done and that I don’t have to waste my time on continuing to report wrong directions?

Open Google Maps on your computer, open the menu from the top left, select “edit the map” then select “add or fix a road”. It seems that one part of the road you want your costumers to go doesn’t exist, also remove any private roads by selecting the road and then selecting “private road”. My try. Another thing you can also do is to publish a streetview of the route through the Google Streetview app (select “create” and the select “photo path”).

Unfortunately, @kateholland , the business is located in an area (Tanzania) where a huge amount of roads are missing, and one of them is the small segment to give to Google Maps the possibility to use the way suggested by you. here below a detail of the Map.
I am very sorry about this situation, but unfortunately the only thing I can suggest you to do is to be patient.
Most of the road are added in the country by volunteer Local Guides like me and many others, through the Road Mapper program, as you can see from the screenshot here below. In Road Mapper we can choose only the country where we want to contribute, but not the position in the map. However i am confident that, with the help of the community, your area will be fixed quickly.
Dear @georgekrds , at the moment in Tanzania it is not possible to add or correct roads via Google Maps, and the option suggested by @MortenCopenhagen (the Google Maps Help Community) is not viable if there is no publicly available “official” map of the area. And even in this case it will be very difficult for the team to intervene to fix a segment, given that literally dozens and dozens of other roads are missing in the same position.
If there is an official map it could be uploaded to Google Maps by the local administration, through the Maps Content Partners program. In this case please share the link with the Local Administration.
