Basically your reviews need to follow all the guidelines to go public.
Google has automatic filters that hide your reviews so only you can see them. This can happen when some of your reviews violate the guidelines, including:
Prohibited and Restricted Content
Format Specific Criteria (See under Text Reviews and Captions)
Read about typical review guideline violations here.
Currently, your issue might not be your fault. Read: Known issue: Unpublished reviews and photos on Google Maps. And, please make a reply there and request your account also be investigated.

I only have 2 reviews on my account. One of them is publicly published on a business and the other is still hidden. I have followed all the protocols and rules and have not violated any and it’s still not posted publicly. Please advise / help.

I am a little late in replying here. However I am facing the same problem.
I have over 1200 reviews and 45 of them are not published on google maps.
Please help me reinstating those.
I have tried editing some of them so many times, but i have been unsuccessful.

My reviews are published → NO
That’s an whole problem, if I publish reviews, it is so that they are seen by others. However, for the last ones this is not the case, I constantly receive the automatic messages from Google that they have not been published!

As directed by Moderator @iyudhi I am re-posting my issue on this thread. Please let me know if I need to provide any additional information. Below is a copy of my inquiry:
“I recently submitted a critical, but very thoughtful review of the apartment complex I used to live at, and it has not been published after about two weeks. I reached out to Google Support, who advised me to ask here if my account has been flagged/suspended. May I please have a response from a moderator/employee who can provide this information? Thank you”

Hello! I love writing google reviews on local businesses and love being a local guide. However, about 9 months ago, my reviews started to not show. Since then, any review I post won’t show. I checked and I have 29 reviews, yet only 17 show to the public. I respect all of google’s policies, so I don’t know why my account is having issues. I have reached out to google support for 2 weeks and they just send me generic articles that don’t help me. Has anyone had this experience in the past? Any ideas how to get my account back?
