Come già ti spiegava @ErmesT in un precedente commento, se i due locali sono lo stesso ristorante, dovresti segnalarne uno come duplicato per essere rimosso. Se sono due locali diversi, dovresti lasciare la recensione solo a quello dove sei realmente stato ed eliminare l’altra.
Tutte le tue recensioni, come ti ho scritto prima, sono adesso pubblicamente visibili.
Since a certain period, my reviews have stopped being published. At first I thought it was a content problem and then I asked my friends to copy the exact same text and their posting worked fine. I excluded the problem with the content of the review. Can you tell me what might be the problem? Could I have been blocked in google maps?
Witam serdecznie. Niestety moje opinie również nie są od dawna publikowane. Zastanawiam się czy jest sens w ogóle pisać opinie skoro i tak nikt nie może tego przeczytać.

I have the same problem, like all the other users here. My review hasnt been released and is still private. I already waited a month, in the hope, that the review maybe switch to public and i already changed the text a little bit. But nothing helped. Can you check it please, so that it goes public?

Hi, wondering if anyone can help me. None of my Google maps reviews or ratings are showing up anymore. Is this a ban for some reason? How can I fix this, it has been a couple of months now.

I don’t think my points decreased? I just tested and I was able to leave a 5 star rating and it showed up, but it’s weird Google is stopping me from leaving 1 or 2 star ratings… Why is Google forcing good ratings for establishments?
See this 2 star rating I just left for Gainesville Dental Associates in Gainesville Florida, you won’t see my review if you sort by newest.
but if you search for A1A Burrito Works, A1A Beach Boulevard, St. Augustine, FL you will see my 5 star rating I just posted…

Does anyone know if Google has a support contact ? I’d love to find out why my reviews are so often hidden. They clearly do not violate any policies, they are not the same wording used on other reviews but yet they continue to get hidden and they are places I’ve visited and are on my timeline.
Here is an example of a review that is hidden.
This is truly the best dental office in town. The staff is always super nice and welcoming. The Dr’s also treat their patients in a respectful and compassionate manner.

Google has automatic filters that hide your reviews so only you can see them. This can happen when some of your reviews violate the guidelines, including:
Prohibited and Restricted Content

I just left a great review for my dentist about a month ago.
When I told him about it today he said it never showed up. I logged into my account and it shows under reviews when I click his dentist name on google maps, however if I log out it’s not showing. It doesn’t show anywhere else only from the device I’m logged in on.
I’ve checked every single rule for reviews and there is no way this breaks any of them.
I’m looking for some assistance. I’ve been a guide for years and thought I was helping with reviews but if they aren’t posting I’m wondering whats going on.
