Hello @Bobiisha good day, hope you are doing good. Looks like we are back to square one. My reviews in google maps again stopped showing up if i view my profile as guest. Previously Giu_DiB helped me in resolving this issue. But now it again started. Please find the screenshot of my issue. Hope this explains everything clear. Request you to please pass this to your technical team and do the needful in getting this issues rectified as this is effecting my contribution to google maps. Also is it possible to get an RCA to understand why this issue is repeating again and again

First of all, apologies as I could not find related content to the problem with 1 of my reviews that was published before, to get it reinstated. It was restricted after I edited it. Could I have overlooked something else? – perhaps gated at AI algorithms filter. I read that someone revised his post until it finally went through. It did not work for me though.
My reviews are mostly positive and published quickly so I had no reference to compare errors. We have a few local outlets here for anyone to upload every issue unimaginable that easily goes viral. I did not intend this to be viral anyway, I’m an avid user of trip advisor but this company is not listed there so from what started off as fury to give a bad review - as most people are motivated by… I have now found joy here too, in reviewing past and present destinations in this pandemic, revisiting memories instead.
For this particular review in my attached picture, I noted for others to check they have the same copy agreement upon their package purchase which I felt was a great tip as there are strictly no refunds and because the company claimed there are electronic agreements but do not e-mail these to customers. All I received was a membership card with terms behind, upon payment. The company verified in court, that this process is true as they could only print customer names on cards after payment is made.
I thought perhaps the business was inactive so it didn’t go through but there were new positive reviews published after mine on no hard selling, including one with extensive praise for a staff and specifically highlighting the treatments that I had issues with.
I had initially updated this review to reflect the dishonesty of an establishment where they submitted an electronic document “signed” by me but was found to be fake by the Singapore state court as my name was typed out with no signature or date at all (No lawyers allowed for small claims tribunal as I felt it was fairer and no one would know who the judge was, until the time of hearing). It defaulted on the court money order but thankfully my bank helped me resolve it. Of course, I have since removed all details relating to any mention of the court case or fake agreements and deleted remarks about their rude calls offline vs their kind polite replies to public reviews.

Same problem here its worse then ever, what did they do now?
Like sunart tells it get blocken on a number, here its 550 every new one come for few secs and its return to 550, its over a week now. I started with 1 private now its 12 or 13 so far…
Like sunart tells it its very bad when a company owner takes his time to answer a review and it turns then private, this is a real nightmare…
I had same problem, i was his first review on his place i added for helping his business. He made my a nice answer and it dissapeard, i had to explain to do it over again… it was such a shame and very uncomfortable… it felt like i failed…
You check the profiles from people who complain, but what about the million people that doesnt know about this forum?
It toke me more then a half year to find this out…
I understand we have to be patient in this matter but please can i ask you once again how long will we have to suffer with this gigantic bug? We talk nog from a bug from a few days but its about months/years(+356days)
And what about i told from deleting that rule that creating the bug?
Can u write a personal answer without copy pasting text like i/we are a number?
Can we do something to help to get a breaktrough in this matter?

La tua recensione è stata pubblicata nel ristorante Saporè - Pizza E Cucina. Se volevi fosse pubblicata nel ristorante Saporè - Renato Bosco Pizzeria, visto che sono due luoghi differenti come tu sostieni, puoi cancellarla dal primo luogo e ripubblicarla nel secondo.
@Giu_DiB Grazie mille per il supporto… Siccome entrambi i locali hanno lo stesso indirizzo, devo dedurre che uno sia la copia dell’altro quindi ho deciso a specchio di pubblicare le recensioni in modo che a seconda di quello che chi viene scelto abbia la mia stessa recensione.
E a riguardo delle 15 recensioni private invece?
