Hi @Bobiisha , thanks to you all my unpublished reviews appeared publicly 2 weeks ago. However the issue still seems to be there as non of my recent reviews (published since last week) are not public. Hope a permanent fix could be provided to this. Thank you.

Sorry to take your time again. Did the team check my account? I see some users are writing about solving their problem. While all my reviews are still private and as a result, I lost review badges. Since I’m sure that I didn’t violate policies and this is clearly visible by a simple look at my reviews, is it better to fill the appeal form or wait for the investigation? What is your suggestion?

seit ein paar Wochen werden alle meine Rezensionen ausgeblendet - ich kann sie nur noch sehen, wenn ich angemeldet bin.
Ich habe über einen Zeitraum von über fünf Jahren Rezensionen geschrieben, Fotos hochgeladen, Korrekturen gemacht… also die üblichen Tätigkeiten, die wir wohl alle ausführen.
Ich bin (berufsbedingt) in mehreren Gegenden Deutschlands ortskundig, habe außerdem in verschiedenen Gegenden gewohnt und wenn ich vor Ort nicht sofort die Zeit hatte, um Rezensionen zu schreiben, dann habe ich mir per Diktiergerät/Zettel Notizen gemacht und dann bei nächster Gelegenheit die Rezensionen geschrieben.
Vor ca. fünf Wochen hatte ich durch Homeoffice die Gelegenheit, meine Unterlagen durchzuarbeiten und habe dann in kurzer Zeit sehr viele Rezensionen zu den Orten geschrieben, die ich noch nicht bearbeitet hatte, Fotos hochgeladen, Orte hinzugefügt, Kartenkorrekturen gemacht etc.
Seitdem sehe ich alle Rezensionen nicht mehr, wenn ich nicht angemeldet bin, auch nicht die Rezensionen, die ich schon vor einigen Jahren geschrieben habe.
Die Anzahl der Aufrufe wird nicht mehr angezeigt, die “Abzeichen” für Rezensionen und Wegbereiter haben sich verändert (niedrigere Stufe) und die Anzahl der positiven Bewertungen der Rezensionen ändert sich nicht mehr.
Ich habe meines Wissens nie gegen Richtlinien verstoßen - meine Rezensionen sind kein Spam, sondern gewissenhaft vor Ort recherchiert.
Oft bin ich sogar Umwege gefahren oder bin einzelne Orte gezielt angefahren, wenn es von denen noch kein Foto gab.
Ich wohne in einer Urlaubsregion, dem “Teutoburger Wald” und so muss ich jedes Jahr Fotos korrigieren, die unsere Touristen am falschen Ort eingestellt haben.
Ich verwende viel Arbeit und Zeit um Google Maps in den Gebieten, die ich kenne, so präzise wie möglich zu halten.
Vor diesem Hintergrund ist es wohl verständlich, dass ich mich über die jetzige Situation ärgere, denn schließlich möchte ich mit meiner Tätigkeit bei Google Maps anderen Menschen helfen - die können aktuell jedoch nur die Fotos sehen.

byl jsem před rokem na cestách,
pak velmi dlouho nemocen,
a před několika týdny jsem to začal zpracovávat,
a tedy jsem najednou přidal velké množství z různých míst,
tak to se nesmí?
ze všech míst mám originální moje vlastní fotky, takže mohu doložit že jsou ode mě focené,
velmi zajímavá a nefalšovaná situace, před měsícem jsem byl v lázních,
tedy léto a najednou se nebe zatáhlo a začali padat šílené kroupy, takže fotky vypadají jak v zimě, ale je to foceno teď v létě Fast?! – Mapy Google

Tras años publicando cosas como Local Guide nivel 6, las casi 50 reseñas publicadas no me aparecen. Además en el apartado “reseñas” de cada lugar no me aparecen las estrellas para poner nuevas. En cambio, desde mi perfil, “escribir reseña” y buscar manualmente el lugar si que me deja. Extrañamente, desde otras cuentas de google de amigos si que les aparecen mis reseñas publicadas. No entiendo que ocurre…

Try logging out and in again. Make sure you are using the usual Google account.
You have added 49 reviews and all but one is visible.
You have added 1176 photos and only 82 of them are public.
Currently, your issue might not be your fault. Read: Known issue: Unpublished reviews and photos on Google Maps. And, please make a reply there and request your account also be investigated.
But it could also be that your photos are violating the guidelines.

We are solving this step by step as there isn’t an automatic way to do it. This is why there are Local Guides whose problem has been solved and there are some still waiting. I kindly ask you to be patient and have in mind that this might take time.

schon jetzt vielen Dank für deine Hilfe.
Es beruhigt mich, dass ihr meinen Account prüfen wollt.
Leider wusste bisher nicht, dass es zu Problemen führen kann, wenn man zu viele Rezensionen an einem Tag schreibt.
Ihr werdet aber feststellen, dass ich nicht nur viele Rezensionen in kurzer Zeit geschrieben habe, sondern auch viele Fotos hochgeladen habe und außerdem habe ich in kurzer Zeit viele Änderungen zu vielen Orten eingereicht, die dann auch genehmigt wurden.
Ich habe inzwischen über 36 Millionen Aufrufe, habe ca. 1500 Fotos hochgeladen, über 1000 Orte bearbeitet, fast 100 Orte hinzugefügt und über 1600 Rezensionen geschrieben - alles mit dem Ziel Google Maps in den Regionen, die ich gut kenne, so präzise wie möglich zu machen und damit anderen zu helfen.
Ich hatte bereits vor zwei Monaten ca. 1350 positive Bewertungen für meine Rezensionen erhalten, konnte also mindestens 1350 Menschen informieren oder ihnen helfen.
Helfen und informieren kann ich aber nur, wenn meine Beiträge auch veröffentlicht werden.
Ich hatte deshalb auch schon den Support angeschrieben und nachfolgende Antwort erhalten:
“Hello,
Thank you for contacting Google support. Based on the information provided, we are happy to confirm that there are no penalties against your account. Please log in on Connect in order to get full access to the forum and all the benefits of our community.
If you have any further questions please consult the Local Guides Help Center.
Thanks,
Google support”
Vielleicht gelingt es euch ja, mein Problem zu lösen.

A lot of My review gone. Even those that have been on Googlmaps for several years. Some I see them, but they are not published on the map, and some are completely gone. New ones are not published either

@Bobiisha - My Google account is all fixed now; thank you to yourself and the team for resolving this issue for me! All ~480 reviews are now publicly visible (except for maybe 4 or 5 which I’ll work through to remedy), but great work and thank you again!
For those still waiting - I’m sure it’ll be resolved soon (it took some time, but there’s quite a number of local guide accounts to go through I guess, so be patient!).

Часть моих отзывов так и не видна на карте. Новые добавляются через раз - некоторые публикуются, некоторые остаются приватными. Очень жду, что проблема будет решена. Потому что я уже боюсь добавлять новые отзывы. Кому они нужны, если их никто не видит?
А самое обидное, что временами смотрю аккаунты других местных экспертов - и там все хорошо. Хотя отзывы состоят из пары слов “хорошее место” например. Или даже скопирован текст с Википедии. И такие отзывы публикуются. А мои нет. Я догадываюсь, что это потому, что часто я отзывы пишу с задержкой. Когда нет времени написать сразу. И эти отзывы делаются приватными. А иногда не делаются. Не могу уловить закономерность. А другие пишут нерелевантные отзывы или копипаст с интернета, зато сразу - и их видят все. Обидно, просто обидно…
